Handicraft Courses - Handicrafts in good company

Handicraft Clubs and Courses

The craft clubs meet regularly from autumn to spring and are used to make products from a variety of materials and techniques.

Additionally, there is an option to choose one specific technique and participate in that club, in which that specific topic is practiced more deeper such as knitting or spinning.

Evening and weekend courses are usually short courses from 3 to 8 hours. In this, a product is prepared according to the topic of the course e.g. macrame wall hanging or lamp shade.

In addition to basic art education, craft camps are available for children during school holidays.

Register for handicraft courses

Private courses for groups of friends and work communities. The topic for private courses can be chosen from the ready-made course list or there is an option for it to be designed according to the groups wishes. Taito bus can also pull up to your chosen location within the North Karelia region with a course instructor as well as craft supplies. Furthermore, diverse subscription courses are organized in various Taito Centres. Please arrange this by contacting the Taito Centre in your area.
